Police in Majorca are investigating the death of the brother of British cannabis millionaire Maximillian White.
Tobias White, 35, died at Son Llatzer Hospital on Sunday nearly a week after being admitted to intensive care and placed in an induced coma following an incident at a Magaluf nightclub.
He was restained forcefully by several bouncers and later members of the Spanish Civil Guard after he allegedly assaulted one of the doormen at popular nightspot Boomerang.
He is said to have been rushed to hospital after being sedated by a doctor at the scene.
The ongoing investigation is understood to be focusing on whether Mr White, whose famous elder sibling has made a fortune selling medicinal marijuana, consumed drugs before his hospitalisation in the early hours of last Tuesday morning and whether they played any part in his death.

Local reports say he is believed to have binged on alcohol and taken a cocktail of drugs including ecstasy and cocaine before the nightclub incident and went into cardiac arrest at the scene before being revived.
Well-placed sources said a witness told police he had consumed cocaine before he was admitted to hospital.
Relatives have reportedly asked a court in Palma for permission to carry out their own autopsy amid concerns over the behaviour of the club bouncers and police.
Respected island newspaper Ultima Hora has reported several revellers filmed bouncers restraining Mr White ‘forcefully’ after his alleged assault on one of the doormen before police arrived.
A spokesman for the Civil Guard confirmed Tuesday morning the British man had died in hospital on Sunday.
He said: ‘We are investigating the death of a British man who died at Son Llatzer Hospital on Sunday five days after being admitted to intensive care following an incident at a club in Magaluf.’
He also confirmed Mr White had been under police guard in hospital ahead of an anticipated court appearance on suspicion of assault if he had survived.
The spokesman said: ‘Officers responded to an incident at a nightclub in Magaluf in the early hours of last Tuesday morning where a client had allegedly head-butted a bouncer after he asked him to put his top on.
‘That client, a well-built British man, was still acting very aggressively when officers arrived and he had to be restrained using appropriate force by four or five responders for his own safety and that of others around him.
‘He was harming himself, hitting his head against the floor, biting and acting very violently.’

A well-placed source said: ‘Medics also attended the nightclub as part of the emergency response and had to sedate the man arrested before he was taken to hospital.
‘He had a cut to his lip from the incident involving the bouncer but wasn’t in hospital because of any physical injuries as far as the authorities were concerned.
‘A witness told the police he took cocaine on repeated occasions that night.’
