Diseased and infested pet dogs welcome their rescuers in heart-breaking photos from Polish pup farm

Inspectors from the Animal Welfare Culture have been identified as to the squalid breeding kennels in Poland’s Środa Wielkopolska region, in which they located starving diseased puppies.
