A ‘drink driving’ British pensioner has been arrested just after allegedly crashing his automobile killing a community and injuring yet another in Thailand.
Stephen Peter Hobbs, 70, from Newport, was reportedly parking his pickup truck in entrance of the beach front just before sunset when his vehicle suddenly reversed in Rayong province on August 4.

The gentlemen had been taken to Rayong medical center though the Brit was remanded in law enforcement custody for questioning.
