Stunning instant Welsh few crash into sea right after parasail gets tangled in Turkey

A pair had a blessed escape just after their parachute acquired entangled with a further holidaymaker’s, sending them crashing into the sea.

Beth and Rob, who questioned for their surnames to be withheld, had been on vacation in Marmaris, Turkey, when they determined to check out parasailing.

The pair, from South Wales, have been nearing the end of their week-very long holiday when Rob certain Beth to join him in the air – inspite of her becoming fearful of heights.

A video clip of the incident in September, captured by Rob with a selfie stick, was shared to TikTok, amassing above 2 million views.

'We were very lucky that we didn't get hurt,' Beth said afterwards, added the pair laughed about the situation

Nevertheless, calamity struck when Beth noticed a further boat in the drinking water and a parasailer heading straight toward them.

Beth stated: ‘At that second, I realized in my coronary heart that we were going to get tangled. My eyes ended up just fixated on the other parasailer.

‘I right away went into panic manner. I was just terrified and stressing about all sorts of items, but Rob stayed so serene, which genuinely aided the situation.

She added: ‘Not all parasailing encounters are like ours – some men and women do have wonderful experiences but there are some that do not stop so very well.

‘We were extremely fortunate that we didn’t get harm but it is so terrifying when you’re up in the air and you know you can find almost nothing you can do but worry.’

In October, a British paraglider was killed in Turkey when he smashed into rocks following having off from a 6,300ft mountain.

Frank Lally, 62, leaped off from the Babadag paragliding centre in Fethiye on the well known Aegean hotspot in the Turkish riviera.
